Disclaimers * The LMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. * SSMIC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. * Specific to John's Academy: SSMIC makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or content of courses hosted on John's Academy's platform. Any issues must be directed to John's Academy.
9. Limitation of Liability * SSMIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. * Maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific course.
